We have successfully taken over many condominium corporations with operating and reserve fund deficits, in which we have turned them into financially healthy and thriving properties, enhancing their the value.
Liron oversees all of the activity throughout the company. He is a R.C.M. and has his B.E.S. (Building Environmental Services). Liron believes in hands-on management and open channels of communication between all those involved in the management of a condominium.
Floriana is an R.C.M. and oversees the property managers and ensures that proper protocol and management practices are adhered to at all properties. Floriana updates the company and staff with new laws and regulations and advises of any new industry requirements.
Director of Communications
Hannah is an R.C.M. and is responsible for ensuring smooth transitions and acquiring new properties. She has her Honours degree in Communication Studies and is a Certified Public Relations practitioner. Hannah visits the properties on a regular basis and ensures that all property guidelines and expectations are met as per the company’s set requirements.
Esther is the accounting controller of the company and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Esther ensures that the accounting department follows proper protocol and provides superior accounting services to all of our clients.
Aleksandra oversees all the daily activities at our Head Office. She has 10+ years in the Property Management Industry. Aleksandra has been with Nadlan-Harris for years now. She facilitates Periodic Information Certificates and Information Certificate Updates, as well as status certificates. She is in constant contact with the Property Managers by providing quarterly newsletters and weekly updates within the industry.
Head Office Liaison
Einat brings with her many years of experience in the Customer Service and the Human Resource field. Her main job description is to facilitate communication between the managers and the Head Office. Einat visits properties to ensure the managers and their staff are following all protocols and ensure that the office is running smoothly.
